How To Make Jerk Chicken Pasta

Growing up, I spent  a lot of time in Kingston, Jamaica. When summer time came around, my mother sent my brother and I to Jamaica to spend time with our grandmother, Ivy Ralph. My mother wanted to make sure that we knew our roots and where we came from. My grandmother LOVES to make pasta with meatballs for me, even until this day. She has many famous dishes like, macaroni and cheese, ice tea, oxtail, jerk chicken, and my favorite, meatballs. Since my grandmother has her famous dishes, I’ve decided to create my own dish inspired by my culture and my grandmother, called Jerk Chicken Pasta.

What you’ll need:

Spaghetti (I prefer wheat)

Walkerswood jerk seasoning 

BBQ Sauce

Chicken

Pasta Sauce

2 Frying pans

Pasta Dish (for serving)
