One thing I truly enjoy is working out. Everyone is always trying to look great and get in shape for the summer, but why not look and feel great about your body all 4 seasons of the year. I believe you have to add your own fashion sense to your workout out clothes. When you go workout you don’t always have to look sad in dark greys or blacks, add some fab colors like pinks, yellows, blues, or fun prints to spice it up. Colors have the ability to make you you stand out and it can make you feel confident about your body journey. Also, eating colorful foods before or after a workout is also helpful to re-create your body internally. Eat fruits like strawberries, raspberries, and grapes, to give your body a boost of energy to be the King or Queen of Fashion Fitness.

    Hi coco, what is your fitness/eating routine? How do you stay in shape?

      I run a lot and I also work on my abs, becauseI realize I carry a lot of my weight in my mid section area. First I run about 2-3 miles, I do a ab workout that consist of legs lifts and sit ups, and mountain climbers. Then I work on my legs and do squats with and without weights. Then I lift weights, the heaviest I can and do multiple reps. I eat very healthy for the most part. I portion my food because I snack a lot and I like to eat often. Hope I could help 🙂
